Reminders and notifications, built in

Your assistant can now keep track of things for you. Ask it to remind you about anything — in-app or by email — and it follows up at the right time. And whenever a task finishes or needs a look, a new notification bell fills you in, so you never have to babysit a long-running job.

What's new

Two things shipped together. Reminders let you say “remind me to follow up with the Q3 leads on Thursday” and trust your assistant to surface it when the time comes. Notifications light up a bell in the top bar the moment a task completes or stops early — no refreshing, no wondering whether it is done.

How to use it

  • Just ask. “Remind me to review the draft tomorrow at 9” is enough — your assistant schedules it.
  • Pick your channel. Reminders reach you in-app and by email, so they land whether or not you are in the dashboard.
  • Watch the bell. Task completed and task needs attention appear in the inbox, each tapping through to the thread.

Choose what reaches you

Open Settings → Notifications to turn categories on or off. Reminders, task updates, and product news each have their own switch per channel — set it once and your assistant respects it everywhere.

Where to find it

The bell is in the top bar now. Ask for a reminder in any thread, or head to Settings → Notifications to tune what you get.
