Whats New In Utari - March 2026

This has been our biggest month yet. From AI-powered agent creation to team collaboration, here's everything we shipped in March.

New Features

Smart Agent Creation via Chat

Creating a new Worker just got dramatically easier. Instead of manually configuring system prompts and integrations, just describe what you want your Worker to do in plain English. Our AI will generate a detailed system prompt, automatically enable integrations you already have connected, and suggest additional ones that would help.

For example, type "I need a Worker that monitors my GitHub repos and sends Slack summaries every morning" and Utari will set up the system prompt, enable your GitHub and Slack integrations, and suggest adding Google Calendar if you have it connected.

Team Workspaces

Ultra plan users can now invite up to 3 team members to share their workspace. Team members get full access to your Workers, threads, and projects. All usage deducts from the owner's credit balance, so there's no need for separate subscriptions.

Invite teammates via email, and they'll see a workspace switcher to toggle between their personal account and the team workspace. Need more than 3 seats? Contact our support team.

Worker Folders

Organize your Workers into folders right in the sidebar. Create folders, drag Workers between them, and collapse groups you're not actively using. Folder state persists across sessions, so your workspace stays organized exactly how you left it.

Right-click any Worker to move it to a folder, or right-click a folder to rename or delete it. Workers in deleted folders automatically move back to the root level.

Schedule Triggers Fix

Many of you let us know that Schedule Triggers weren’t worker. So we fixed it.

Workers can now run on a schedule. Set up cron-based triggers directly from the Worker creation modal so your agents run at specific times—daily reports, weekly digests, hourly monitoring, whatever your workflow needs.

Custom MCP Headers

Connecting to auth-protected MCP servers is now seamless. When adding a custom MCP server, you can specify custom HTTP headers like Authorization tokens or API keys. Sensitive values are automatically masked in the UI for security.

Spotlight: Team Workspaces

Team Workspaces bring real collaboration to Utari. Here's how to get started:

  1. Navigate to Settings and find the Team Members section
  2. Enter your teammate's email and send an invite
  3. They'll receive an email with a link to join your workspace
  4. Once accepted, they can switch to the team view using the workspace switcher

What's shared: All Workers, conversation threads, and projects in the team workspace are visible to every member. Team members can start new conversations with any Worker and see each other's threads.

What's separate: Each member keeps their own personal workspace with their own Workers and conversations. The workspace switcher makes it easy to move between personal and team contexts.
